Spring Sports

Baseball, Girl's Soccer and Track practices start on Mon. March 12th (tentatively).

Athletic Forms Needed for Spring Sports

1. Completed Eligibility Sheet.

2. Completed Behavior Contract.

3. Completed Concussion Form.

4. Sports Physical - a copy needed (physicals are good for 2  

    years from the date on their physical).
