New to St. Joe's
New and transfer students
To help us get to know your child and prepare for their first day, new families provide the following documents in addition to their enrollment forms.
Registration and Emergency Information Form
One form is required for each enrolling student.
Required student records
Must be a certified copy of the birth certificate (not the hospital certificate) and immunization records and a Baptismal certificate, if Catholic.
Completed Parent Background check
Helps ensure a safe environment for all students and families.
Placement
New and transfer students complete a brief reading, writing, and math placement check. The principal reviews the results, with the grade-level teacher when available, to place your child where they'll thrive. It isn't a test to pass. It helps the school get to know your child.
